Shipping Policy & Terms

Arrow Max Compressor and Pumps will base the shipping of the items listed on the website based on the quote provided by UPS Freight. All items are subject to change in freight cost without notice online. For an accurate quote on shipping, we recommend calling directly 510-828-7555 Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00 PM PST. 

Generally, orders placed with will leave the manufacturers’ warehouses within the following 5-10 business days once a cleared payment is made with Arrow Max Compressor (depending on availability, handling times vary for each model).  During our peak seasons, handling times could be longer than the estimated. For more accurate delivery times and availability, contact customer support. 

Returns:

All defective merchandise will be warrantied through the manufacturer. Returns on exchanges are subject to a 30% re-stock fee within 7 days of delivery, a notice to return is required to be made. An RMA will be provided for all returns within 7 days. Postage is to be paid by the returning party.
